About the guest :

Stas has over 19 years of experience in the financial sector, having held investment
banking and corporate lending positions at internationally recognized institutions,
including UniCredit and Société Générale. He played a key role in creating and establishing mezzanine loan products and helped shape the market in Eastern Europe.

At the age of 29, Stas became a senior partner at one of the largest mezzanine loan
providers in Eastern Europe, where he was responsible for managing a team of 20
finance professionals and overseeing a $450 million loan portfolio.

Stas has served on the board of directors for several large private companies and has
extensive experience in alternative asset management.
Stas has been a CFA Charterholder since 2013.
