About Omar Khan –
Omar Khan (via his company Boardwalk Wealth) helps high-income earners make tax-friendly passive income through private, off-market investments… mainly commercial real estate. Commercial, in this case, means apartment complexes — which, in our industry, are called “multifamily” apartments.
Omar has advised on $3.7 billion in capital financing and M&A transactions and secured $50+ million in equity from private and institutional capital. He is a graduate of the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto) and a CFA charter holder with 10+ years of investing experience across real estate and commodities.
As the principal of Boardwalk Wealth, Omar has closed on over $250 million of assets across TX, GA, FL, and SD. He was born in Dubai to a family of multi-generation real estate investors from Pakistan. He has lived in Pakistan, Canada, and the USA since then. Omar currently lives in Dallas with his physician wife and two sons.
