You Don’t Need More Visibility. You Need More Revenue From It

Imagine making 3–10X more money with your voice and never having to worry about where your next clients come from.

That is the opportunity I see for many established experts and business owners.

Most of them are already doing things that put them in front of people. They are speaking, podcasting, hosting webinars, doing livestreams, using LinkedIn, building relationships, and getting invited into rooms.

The problem is not always that they need to do more.

A lot of the time, they need a better-engineered strategy around what they are already doing so it actually produces more business.

I learned this lesson myself a long time ago.

Sixteen years ago, I had my first $60,000 day speaking to a small room of about a dozen business owners.

Before that, I would show up, give what I thought was a great presentation, and hope something came from it.

People would tell me how much they enjoyed it. I would get compliments and applause.

But often, the revenue did not follow.

That $60,000 day changed how I thought about speaking because I realized the presentation was only one part of the opportunity.

I did not need to become a better speaker.

I needed a better strategy around the speaking.

Since then, I have had multiple six-figure days from virtual events with only 12–30 people. I have gotten high-dollar clients from podcast conversations. One LinkedIn Live led to more than six figures in business. A simple lunch presentation led to a $60,000+ client.

What I took from all of that was not that small audiences are better than big audiences.

It was that audience size is often far less important than what you engineer around the opportunity.

That is the part I think many established experts still underestimate.

You can already have visibility. You can already be well known. You can already have a podcast, speak regularly, host events, post consistently, and have thousands of people following you.

But if those things are not turning into enough conversations, clients, larger engagements, referrals, partnerships, and revenue, there is a gap somewhere.

And adding more activity on top of it does not necessarily fix the gap.

One of my clients, William, is a good example.

He had been hosting a podcast for more than two years when we started working together. He did not need someone telling him to start a podcast. He already had one.

What he needed was a better-engineered strategy.

We elevated the business and re-engineered his strategy to use his podcast as a revenue driver.

The results changed dramatically.

He went from a podcast that mostly built visibility and brand awareness to having more clients than he could handle.

He also started getting speaking opportunities across the country and landed high-level partnerships with businesses serving hundreds of clients.

The podcast didn’t suddenly get better because he bought a new microphone or interviewed more people.

The strategy changed.

That is just one story, but I see this over and over again in different forms.

Sometimes the opportunity is in speaking. Sometimes it is in a podcast. Sometimes it is LinkedIn, a webinar, a virtual event, a private room, or a relationship that has never been fully leveraged.

A lot of people already have more revenue opportunity sitting inside what they are doing than they realize.

They simply have not engineered it to work hard enough for the business yet. I discovered that

***”Most revenue is lost BEFORE the mic.” ***

That is a big part of what I am going to be talking about at my Speak, Sell & Scale VIP Virtual Event.

The framework is simple:

Speak: Before the Mic

Sell: From the Mic

Scale: After the Mic

This isn’t about becoming a professional speaker.

It is about using your voice to build your business.

For me, the real win is getting to the point where you know how to create business anytime you want with your voice.

You are not sitting around hoping the next opportunity appears.

You are not wondering every month where the next client is going to come from.

You have a business-development engine you know how to use, refine, and build on.

That creates a very different level of confidence and control in your business.

If you are already speaking, podcasting, using LinkedIn, hosting events, or putting yourself in front of the market and you know there should be more business coming from it, that is exactly why I created this event.

Imagine making 3–10X more from what you are already doing and never again having to worry about how to get clients.

That is what we’ll dig into at Speak, Sell & Scale VIP Virtual Event.
