I have seen multiple-million dollar businesses where the owner was barely making an income or even failed.
It is because they really don’t understand how to scale profitably and efficiently.
If you tell me your business has a million dollars in revenue and you are making a $100k a year income, I am not impressed.
If you tell me your business is making $200k a year and you are making $130k-$150k income, I am more impressed.

1. You must have a VISION for your business. What you want and what that looks like.
2. You must have the right business model that is scalable.
