Mindy Flanigan loves simple. After 20 years of working in the HR Outsourcing Industry, she
grew impatient and concerned about the stigma that small businesses had about Human
Resources: HR was too complex. Mindy was inspired to change that and saw an opportunity to
un-complicate the complicated.
In 2007, she founded Inspiring HR with a focus on simplifying HR down to add value
personalized solutions for small businesses. Where you work with a person, not a call center or
a module.
Always sensing that HR was far more art than science, Mindy now leads a team of business
professionals, skilled at HR, who understand that the best HR infrastructure should not only be
labor law compliant, but aligned with the culture that a company wishes to achieve or stay true
to.
With PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, Mindy’s diverse background and passion for small
business HR has transformed her into someone who loves to keep learning and believes in
leading reflectively and with authenticity.
